Every other stripe is in one layer so it can be cut out of carmine textile, and the other stripes are a divide layer so they can exist cut out of white cloth.
You can upload .svg and .dxf files to Cricut Design Space and they volition all be uploaded as multiple layers with each image layer or color beingness separated into separate layers in Design Space.
