The Tahoe Ridge House Designed For Winter Season
This cute house is a four.950 square anxiety property located in Tahoe Donner, California, U.s.. It was a projection developed by WA Design Inc, engineer Kenneth Hughes, civil engineer Tim Ferrell, mechanical engineer Monterey Mechanical and WA design that worked with the customer and created the interior furniture. The construction was completed in 2010.
The Tahoe Ridge firm is one of the nearly expansive properties in the surface area, sitting on 8 acres of country with a beautiful mural. This house is a holyday residence, a second home for the clients. It's where they come up during the wintertime to ski, recreate and relax. Besides the advantages that the location provides, the owners can also benefit from the panoramic views on the mountains of Nevada to the south and to Tinker's knob and the Sierra Crest.
The house has an open floor program created using large recycled timbers and heavy metal bracketing. Large Sierra White granite blocks have been used to create the fireplace hearths. Overall, the house has a simple and middle-communicable design. It looks cozy both the exterior and from the interior. The interior décor is inviting and warm, more often than not thank you to the used of wood. The owners tin savour many relaxing and fun moments in in that location and, occasionally, they are too visited past a black bear that used to live nearby.{found on archdaily}
